The cleanse is designed to be juice only, but if needed you can have light snacks like fruit, vegetables, or nuts.
Most people feel lighter, more energised, less bloated, and refreshed. It’s the perfect reset for body and mind.
It’s great for most healthy adults. We don’t recommend it for pregnant or breastfeeding women, under 18s, or anyone with certain medical conditions. Always check with your doctor if unsure.
The juices are surprisingly filling, but you may feel mild hunger as your body adjusts. Staying hydrated and sipping slowly helps
