  • If you're new to cleansing, we recommend starting with the 1 Day Reset or our most popular 3 Day Standard Reset.

    For active lifestyles, Fuel & Recover is a great option, while Deluxe Reset and Ultimate Reset provide our most complete cleanse experiences.

  • Each cleanse includes a carefully selected combination of cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and protein smoothies. The exact products vary depending on the cleanse you choose.

  • No. The schedule is simply a guide and can be adjusted to suit your routine.

  • Listen to your body. If needed, choose light whole foods such as fruit, vegetables, soups or salads.

  • Many customers enjoy a 1 Day Reset regularly, while others choose a 3 Day cleanse as part of a wider healthy routine.

  • Yes! You can customize most of our cleanses by selecting your preferred juices and smoothies at checkout. Some limited edition cleanses have fixed contents.

  • Absolutely. Use our Build Your Own feature to select individual juices, wellness shots, and smoothies to create your perfect cleanse package.

  • Yes, you can order for someone else. Simply enter their delivery address at checkout. Gift messages are available for special occasions.

  • Yes, you can schedule recurring orders or one-off future orders. Set up your preferred delivery schedule during checkout.

Delivery & Collection

Freshly prepared, delivered frozen nationwide, or available for free collection from our Coventry locations.

  • We deliver nationwide using DPD Next Day Delivery, with delivery available Tuesday to Friday.

    Place your order before 9am for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the following working day.

    All cleanses are made fresh to order, frozen to lock in freshness, and shipped in insulated packaging so they arrive frozen and ready to store.

    For local customers, we also offer free collection from our Coventry locations.

  • Delivery costs vary by location and service. Check your postcode at checkout for exact delivery costs. Collection from our Coventry locations is always free.

  • Orders placed before 9am can be dispatched for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the following working day. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Yes! We offer free collection from our Coventry locations. Select collection at checkout and choose your preferred collection time slot.

  • If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions provided by DPD or contact us as soon as possible. As your cleanse is shipped frozen, we recommend placing it in the freezer as soon as you receive it.

Products & Storage

Everything you need to know about freshness, ingredients and how to store your order.

  • Our juices are delivered frozen to help lock in freshness. Keep them frozen until you’re ready to start your cleanse. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 72 hours.

  • Your order will arrive frozen and should be placed in the freezer as soon as possible. When you’re ready to begin your cleanse, defrost the juices in the fridge and keep refrigerated below 5°C once thawed.

  • Yes, all our juices are cold-pressed fresh and made to order. Once prepared, they’re frozen to lock in freshness and nutritional value before being delivered to you.

  • No added sugars. Our juices contain only natural sugars from the fruits and vegetables used. We never add sweeteners or preservatives.

  • Yes, all our cleanses are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We use only fresh fruits, vegetables, and plant-based proteins.
