Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once products have been prepared, dispatched or collected.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before preparation begins.
Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:
- The wrong products were supplied
- Products arrive damaged or unusable
- An order cannot be fulfilled by Get Fruity
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your products and provide photographs where applicable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Get Fruity.
Missed deliveries, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or failure to refrigerate products after receipt are not eligible for a refund.
