At Get Fruity, all products are freshly prepared to order and delivered chilled to ensure they arrive ready to enjoy.

Delivery Options

Next Day Delivery (DPD) – £7.99

Order before 1pm for next working day delivery.

Fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window.

Saturday Delivery (DPD) – £9.99

Order before Friday 1pm for Saturday delivery.

Fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window.

Collection (Coventry) – Free

Collection is available from:

• Get Fruity The Hut
• Get Fruity at Elle's

You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection.

Order Processing

All orders are freshly prepared before dispatch.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
  • Order cut-off time is 1pm
  • Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day
  • We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text message.

Freshness & Packaging

All products are delivered chilled using insulated packaging and ice packs where required to help maintain freshness during transit.

Please refrigerate your products as soon as possible after delivery.

Missed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order on the selected delivery date.

If a delivery is missed, customers are responsible for rearranging delivery directly with the courier. Get Fruity cannot accept responsibility for products that deteriorate due to failed delivery attempts or delays caused by missed deliveries.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, traffic or courier network disruptions.
